Green Roof ADU

In order to capture storm water runoff, this ADU was designed with a functional green roof that would act as a sponge to slow the effects of over burdened drainage systems.

The ADU includes a tandem parking garage on the main level as the older home does not have a proper garage. The ADU includes living space, a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.
