San Jose Condos

The San Jose Condos are designed to maximize the amount of units on the site - without compromising the living experience.

After several site studies and unit configurations, the square footage was optimal when utilized among six separate units. The client wanted units that were overlapping, and not reminiscent of row houses or skinny homes. Two of the six units occupy single floors to fulfill ADA requirements with the FHA.

The other four units are overlapping and occupy the second and fourth floors with the ADA units on the third floor. The architecture of the condos reflects the surrounding buildings with an updated, modern look.
